When elected to the city council, I will bring over 30 years of Management experience in the corporate world. Being originally licensed in real estate in both Kansas and Missouri in 2005 and now in Florida I have an extensive background in negotiating and reaching consensus from all parties involved. I have a proven ability to bring together our neighbors in order to build a better community.

First, we need to re-establish a sense of complete community within our neighborhood. When elected I will move to establish a social committee with a diverse group of neighbors from the entire city. Secondly, it’s crucial to continue the improvements to our infrastructure. When elected I will work diligently with the council to keep our current plans moving toward completion and on schedule.

When elected I will immediately move to open all lines of communication within our government and our community in compliance with law. Bringing our community back together as one and opening all lines of communication whether it’s via our website, email, community surveys, text messaging, mail, etc., we will have much more input from our community, who pay taxes, on what is most important.

As I certainly respect the property of our beach front neighbors, it is also crucial that all people be able to visit our Florida beaches. When elected, I will emphasize that holding true to our inter-local agreements, allowing the Belleair Beach community to utilize the beach access points along Gulf Blvd is a vital part of our success as a neighborhood as well as our property values.

Total communication during these events is imperative. Establishing a storm preparedness/recovery committee, working with our city manager and hosting informative events with our community, bringing in agents from the Sheriff's department, Fire department, Duke energy, local shelters, animal shelters, etc. and informing our community of all options is essential prior to these events.
